i am 22 yr old college with a felony for robbery when i was 18 i am thinking about dropping out of school because i think with a degree and the felony i wont get a good job am i right for thinking this

No I think you are wrong. Finishing your degree shows employers you have worked hard to redeem yourself after the felony. It also makes it so you have a larger number of positions to apply for and the more you apply for the better chance to get a good job.

If I were you, I would finish getting my degree. What could show an employer how much you've changed better than a college diploma? Stick with it, and good luck in all you do.

Getting a degree makes it clear you have changed your life. Please don't drop out. That education will be the best thing you've ever done for yourself.
