Although not year specific, my all time favorite is the man dressed as a high security prisioner (orange jumpsuit), under the custody (in handcuffs) of a sexy police officer. Then again you can dress in a 2 person donkey costume and be an *** together. Or for more hilarious, dress as the electrical outlet and he the electric plug.

i found a couple costume at my local spencer's gifts store last year. it was a plug and an outlet. the woman's is the outlet and the man's is the plug. i think it has lights hanging around it so when you plug the man into the woman, the lights light up. i thought it was wierd yet funny.
