It's all about Marketing. Adding color to products makes people spend more. You want an orange scented cleaner you buy orange colored cleaner... You want a red cherry slurpee, you buy the color.... Most things would be clear... if it wasn't for people needing artificial chemicals to perk up what they like to look at. Bubbles from bubble bath do not carry the color due to having the water dilute the dye...If they put stronger dyes into the bubble bath liquid, you would end up being red or blue...or whatever after your bath... Too bad huh?

People buy items due to te appearance. If the bubble bath was clear like water, then people wouldn't buy as much. What makes you buy one color over another since they both work the same? People also like things that smell good so now we have different scents.
