I have pretty fair skin and dark circles...the pale skin draws even more attention to it. I use MAC's studio finish concealer...amazing. It covers very well and isn't heavy feeling. As far as finding the right shade of shadow for you, i would suggest going to a makeup counter, they are always very helpful with suggestions as to what shages look the best with your skin/eyes and hair color.

i have this problem too! make-up will only make it look worse if its the WRONG makeup. For dark circles, get a yellow concealer. Use under eyes ONLY. then put your regular makeup on over that. Don't rub it, just pat it on there....I use a yellow-ish matte foundation by cover girl. its dream matte mouse, and its only a few bucks. works great!

my expert advise is this:

thebalm or admazing coasmetics for concealer from modeling and using it to take pictures there two that work all day long.

Eye shadow, the big thing is either nudes or bright colors HIP, high intense pigments. MAC or lorel HIP are good for that, for nude eye shadows i recoment a mineral eye shadow like nutragena. Low colors there, but more natural but radient.

make up will make it evern worse in long run.
try some around eyes cosmetics, there are tons of it on the market, just be careful not to choose something antiaging.
i also heard that washing ur eye in cold-hot-cold water helps.
anyway that all in the long run, but its ur skin and its worth it.
as for eye shadows, try liquid ones, they should cover ur eye skin and make the color under it invisible. i would choose gold or silver because shine distracts from color.
