Rule No. 1 to Easy Living: Let it go.
Whenever something that you can't control is bothering you, remember: let it go. Why waste time and energy on something you can't control or influence. It shouldn't cause you stress and bring you down.
Easy Livin', man... it's the best.

What is the best attitude to have in life? How do you want to be remembered? As a caring person? An A S S? A person who loved life? When you can answer this then you have answered your own question. Because when you are gone you only have your name and how will people remember you.

Your brain can be programed to suit your surroundings, but your brain also controls your surroundings. If you look at the negative side of things, you will get a negative attitude, which will lead to more negative things happening to you. The same goes for positive thinking. Here is proof of how programmable your brain is...
Get some glasses that invert your surroundings, (makes you see everything upside down). Wear these during all your waking hours. After a week or two, you will see everything normal again. Now take them off and even though you are seeing directly from the eyes, everything will be upside down... Your brain rewired itself to invert everything you see.
If learnt how to control your facial muscles, and walked around with a sad face all day, you would start to feel sad. Even if you had no reason to be sad. The same goes for any of the emotions.
So smile...

Studies have shown that people with a positive attitude stay healthier and survive illness better that pessimists. You can train yourself to think positive and there are many books on positive thinking. Check them out at your public library (for free).
I also think it is important to have a "can do" attitude. Realizing that you don't always succeed on the first attempt, yet trying again and again makes a person a winner. This approach was a big help in my career. I'm not sure how people can teach this to their children. If something doesn't work, try another approach, until you find the right combination.

A Positive attitude. People who are optimists live longer and are always on the bright side. That dosen't mean that 100% of the time you have to have a smile on your face but thinking in a good way will benefit you. People really like optimists and it can help you make friends, get good jobs and make you feel good.

A positive one.
The brain is like a big computer, it can be programmed correctly or wrongly.
If you want to maintain a positive attitude in life, the best way is to fill your mind with positive thoughts. This is easier said than done, but over time it will get easier. You will find that this has positive effects and people will want to be around you more. You will also find it flows into other areas of your life.
This works both ways and can be a disaster if you start thinking negatively.
Hope this helps !

To laugh & to live in the moment.
Best ways to apply would be to not lament on things that are trivial, instead look for the bright side to everything.
That no matter how bleak it seem at times, just as a rainbow appears after the rain... that it (your problems, etc) too shall pass...
And of course to have a sense of humor to get you through ^_^

hi.......
i jus received a mail bout attitude, like to share it with u!!!!!
Hi !!!!!!!!
A soldier stationed in Afghanistan recently received a letter from his girlfriend back home. It read as follows:
Dear Ricky,
I can no longer continue our relationship. The distance between us is just too great. I'm sorry.
Please return the picture of me that I sent to you.
Love, Becky
The soldier, with hurt feelings, asked his fellow soldiers for any snapshots they could spare of their girlfriends, sisters or ex-girlfriends.
In addition to the picture of Becky, Ricky included all the other pictures of the pretty gals he had collected from his buddies. There were 57 photos in that envelope along with this note:
Dear Becky,
I'm so sorry, but I can't quite remember who the hell you are.
Please take your picture from the pile, and send the rest back to me.
Take Care,
Ricky
Moral Of Story:
If u cant change ur fate, change ur attitude

Personally, I prefer to have a realist attitude. I gives me an honest view of my life and keeps me from wishing for things that do not exist.

Roll with the punches. It is like that old saying goes "If life has dealt you lemons then make lemonade."
Life is not always easy. If something bad happens you have to make some adjustments and learn from those lessons.
When things are going well you have to enjoy the moment.
