HaHaHa..... That must be a drought joke eh? On a serious note, most texas cities are not built for major rains, which in turns causes much flooding here. On average, I believe we only get between 28 to 34 inches a year here in central texas... :)

at the moment there is no rain predicted, and the sun is shining, but here in my small town the famous Guadalupe River runs along side, and it,s been known to over flow many times. but as someone mentioned we are in some what of a drought right now and it would take a great amount of rain to make it spill over.

not right now but there have been times when the trinity river does flood due to excessive rains in the Dallas area
