go into your QAD profile select edit and there you should find the facility to upload a photo from your PC to replace your avitar

click on My Q & A (top right corner or your screen) and when it gives your profile, just below your avator there's a link which says "edit my info" click on that and it gives you the info as to WHAT NEXT TO DO
