That depends on what your wearing with them. If your sorta conservative with the rest of your outfit you should be okay. Guys don't really notice shoes anyway but they do notice when your chest is hanging out. And if your not giving them a real reason to think badly of you your shoes are not their problem, so wear on.

Totally, but your outfit as a whole makes a difference, not just the shoes. You could wear flats or even sneakers...if the rest of the outfit is trashy, they you'll be seen that way. If you wear stilettos with a suit, you'll look sharp and executive.
It's all about whole package presentation and how you carry yourself in it. That will give the right or wrong idea to your male coworkers more so than your shoes.

If you get any problems from the men, tell a manager because that is harassement and women should not have to tolerate it in the workplace

yes it is okay as long as they are clear. Also try to stick to a Pump and not so much a sandal its too casual.You can try a peep toe pump for something different

yes, just as long as they dont look like stripper shoes. very high heel stilettos are sexy and professional...pair them with the right clothes and you will be fine.
