Yes though the only key difference is when the owner sells the property: different tax clause might kick in for "capital gain", ... when it comes to property owned by foreigners.

Anybody who can pay for the property can own the property. That's the great thing about America!! As long as your money is green, noone cares where you live!!

Doesn't matter if you're a legal immigrant or a business (like preceeding person said -- he's wrong). Anyone can own property.

in the U.S., as long as you're a house proprietor, you in no way very own your guy or woman assets. I classify it as leased, until the home is bought or forclosed (because of nonpayment of assets taxes). All sides of the government, have a stable element occurring. No referendum....in basic terms right now out undocumented criminal corruption.

Yes, although they shouldn't be allowed to. Americans cannot own property in many other countries - they have to do a long term lease.
