masturbate to ejaculation. That is the excercise. and it is good for it at least 4 to 5 times a week. If you have regular sex that often forget the masturbation.

Regular sex, either through masturbation or intercourse, is the best exercise. Some say that prostate massages help to. You can stimulate it from the outside or internally.

The best exercise, and the easiest once is regular masturbation; it keeps the muscles working, and evacuates excess expenditure.
