Taxing religious institutions 10%
Banning the preaching of religion to anyone with a mental age of under 18.

Dunno about the Land Down Under but in America, I'd call you a reasonable Independent with a pragmatic view of life.

Just remember to vote if and when you can.

One note, however. About the dueling, two alternatives.
1. Either be passionate enough about the issue that you'd be willing to die for it and get armed or just take it to the pub and discuss it over a pint,...or
2. If you're going to have an unarmed dust-up, get it impartially witnessed, loser has to leave town within 10 days and move at least 15 miles away.

Otherwise, you're just legitimizing brawls. Go play footie.

I try never to sit on political spectrums. I find nice, comfy chairs to be much better for sitting.
