how can i improve its speed and handling ??
anything that can make it more efficient.
and try to keep it for a low budget,
but if your idea is good, and not for a small budgetm mention it anyways.
i got about 5000 to spend

Changing to a performance exhaust can add horsepower and fuel efficiency to a vehicle. I put a Borla header and exhaust system on my vehicle.
Changing to a performance tire can improve handling.

Air, fuel and exhaust upgrade them and it will improve any car no mater the make or model.

it all depends on what you are driving. for 5,000 dollars you can do quite a bit.
