Permanently wipe all traces of a file from your hard drive.
If delete a file, it isn't really gone because Windows just marks the space they occupied as being available. And anyone with a program such as Restoration could probably recover them, meaning that personal data could get into the wrong hands. The author of Sure Delete says that this free program deletes the file, then wipes and removes the data left over. The author has stopped updating or supporting the program, but it appeared to work fine in my informal tests. I was unable to recover several test files that I deleted with it. The program has three deletion methods: a quick wipe (which overwrites the file 4 times, a Department of Defense method (which overwrites the file 7 times with random data), and a Super Secure mode which overwrites it an impressive 24 times.

My dear,
I do delete in different ways. It all depends. For instance, if I want to delete text previously tiped, then, on the keyboard I might use backward key. If the text is long , then I might select what I want to delete, then click right mouse botons and select cut. The text selected would be deleted for ever. (If you do not want to use the upper menu Edit "Undo" cut.)
If I want to delete a program, I use a control panel,-add-remove programs. Then I might do what I wish.
If I want to delete an item from the desktop, I use right click pointing at the item I wish to delete, then I click delete. Of course,-normaly nothig is deleted. All items deleted are going to the recycling bin until you decide to empty te recycling bin.
Conclusion: I do delete,-only when I decide to make empty the recycling bin.
I hope you're satisfied with my answer.
Your question is clear "How do you delete?" In fact your question is addressed to me. So it is "How do I delete?". My answer is done.

Highlight the item[s] you wish to be removed from your computer, then hold shift (left or right, it doesn't matter) while you press delete. A window will appear asking if you really want to delete these item[s]. Click yes. The files will be completely removed from your computer, without going to the recycle bin. Gone.
Hope this helps!

Use the delete or backspace key on your keyboard. Giving us all more info on what you want to delete might help us answer this question better though.
