It seems like to me after your kids you become more stress in the family. Being a husband is hard but being a daddy is way harder. If you are those type of husband that take cares of financial needs for home than you have ur reason to be tick off a bit. But if you mean you are agressive as in using fist and talk mean to your wife and kids than you have issues. I suggest you have a nice talk with your wife how both of you can overcome this. If that don't work.. maybe some counseling. A lot of places have these kind of programs for the spouses to attend to.

Wow, there's definitely something going on here. Are you guys having relationship problems? Sex is usually the first thing that goes when a woman feels she's being neglected or ignored. Are you still romantic??? You have planned days for sex. What happened to being spontaneous??? Do you ask her how her day was or do you just come home, take a shower and try to get some??? Has she had some tragedy recently occur. She's definitely depressed over something. You didn't give enough info for me to really figure it out. Talk to her about it, if she won't, then maybe it's time for you guys to move on. Ask yourself if being with someone that's uncommunicative is worth your sanity, cause it's obviously bothering you. That's only if worst comes to worst. I'm sure she'll respond, if you ask. Good luck.

I suggest that it is better for both of you to have talk. Basically the first thing you need to know that during the courting days, it is the most romantic times but once both of you have stabilised the relationship it is to maintain the relationship and it is not easy to maintain it.
Further both of you have children, so the disclipline must be there for the child. But sometimes do keep your temper in check coz if you start to show you temper too often, your wife will think you are too aggressive.

Yeah, emotional abuse is not good for the wife.
She will withdraw from sex because her emotional needs are starved. She will get either get depressed or seek a lover to meet her needs.
First ask for her forgiveness for being so cruel. Tell her you really want to improve your relationship by going to counseling together. You need it to improve communication, she needs it for a low self esteem you have egged on her head.
You have been a creep but I really applaud you for wanting to remedy the problem.
