Get a tensor bandage to wrap around it to stabilize your muscle and hold it in place better to prevent further tearing. In addition to that, make ibuprofen your best friend, it helps get rid of the inflammation and will ease your pain somewhat. Really if you find it not getting any better after a couple of weeks, go see a doctor. That's my best advice as I've had many injuries, that being one of them.

You need to see a doctor and give it time. If you rush you will just re-injure and never get better.
