I've tasted it twice before. First time it had doe (don't know how to write it, in Afrikaans it is DEEG) around, it tasted like rubber, the second time an African women prepared it in a dish with tomatoes and onions with mieliepap, that wasn't too bad, I actually enjoyed it, but I'd rather eat chicken, beef and fish. I think if you grew up with an idea that worm is eeky, than you wouldn't want to eat it. But you've got to try everything once in your life, and I tried it twice. Pat on the back for me??? THANKS!!!!!

I think I'll try them someday. Had grasshoper, it tasted like crackling, and croc, which does literaly taste like chicken.
