Well for those of you who seem to think this is a joke keep your comments to yourself. I have GREAT insurance and I am in NO way in danger of loosing my job. I was STOPPED when these TWO cars hit me. The other Insurance companies have already paid for my car admitting I was innocent bystander. All I needed to know is what to say to the Lawyer when he want's to stop my medical.

If you are still hurt and going to the doctor the dr. will put that you still need treatment in your medical reports. If the dr. states that you do not need to continue treatment or that he cannot find anything else wrong, then you are not going to keep getting paid. If you sign a release of claims when you pick up your check you can't get any more money either.

What does Your Legal Council Advise?
Pursue it!
If you have a Medical condition due to the impact-then Go For it!
But you Need Specialist Legal Advice!

Say, "Talk to my lawyer."
A few hundred dollars now could mean at lot less hassle down the line. You don't need to sue. You need someone to make sure that if your medical reimbursements are cut off, your case is as solid as possible.

I hope you have a lawyer of your own. In car ax you dont have to pay a lawyer they will get you money for damages. Really seek for a lawyer to represent you.

show him that your medical bills and show that you are the innocent bistander. You also get a lawyer you may have to sue someone.
