I did a lot of walking with my second (took my toddler in his stroller) and there a lot of pregnancy videos out there. Good Luck!

I walk 20 minutes a day and do prenatal yoga once a week. My hospital actually offers a prenatal yoga class that isn't right smack in the middle of the day when I am working.

Doctor's say you shouldn't start any new work out routines while pregnant!
I recommend walking, it's easy on the joints and heard it helps bring on labor later in the pregnancy!
Good Luck!
