i use BIOLAGE shampoo and conditioner,, and i also use the spray milk from biolage,,, you can purchase it in any salon at the mall..... Its made by MATRIX,, its the best shampoo i've ever used. I was looking for something that wouldnt hurt my hair, I have very thick hair,, and i wanted it to grow long,, So to me if your really into your hair and want something thats really good, I pay $20.00 for a big bottle 33.8oz which is 1 liter. And after i shampoo and condititon and blow dry i use the milk cuz i have a ceramic flat iron that i also use and it doesnt damage my hair at all,, so if your really into making your hair good,, my hair dresser tells me my hair is in great condition,,, "first time for everything" lol but im a faithful user of Matrix BioLage!!!! happy shampooing! I switch a lot. Right now I have Dove extra volume(a fav of mine) and John Frieda's Sheer Blonde, but I've been seeing more hair come out in the shower with it.
