Problem is I do not have - nor can I locate that "Gold Bar". I was prompted to check ActiveX Controls and they are set at "Medium" This is frustrating (constantly) -can someone help/advise please

Your IE security settings may have blocked ActiveX installations. The "gold bar" will not appear.

Go to your internet options (Tools menu-> Internet Options), then on the Security tab, select the Internet Zone and click the Default Values button. After you press OK, you should have the ActiveX gold bar displayed.

Make sure that you've installed the latest Windows Update. Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Good luck!

If you do not have Win 2000 SP6 or XP SP2 you will not have a Gold box if you are than there will be a gold box right under your toolbars. Is there a pop up blocker on your computer turn it off....
