Our Nice Friend is right. Email address is

feedback@hindustantimes.com but that is more of feedback on their online site. Plz read what site says about contacting them:

5. How do I send a letter to Hindustan/other HT publication?

By writing to the editor or the department concerned of the publication you wish to contact. You could refer to our Contact Us section for details.

You could also drop an email to us with proper description in the subject line, or post it to the following address after clearly mentioning the department's name:
Hindustan Times House
18-20, Kasturba Gandhi Marg
New Delhi - 110001
INDIA

6. Is there a letters page specifically for the website?

There is an entire section called Surfers' Corner to accommodate the letters/opinions/suggestions from our readers/surfers. The effort in this section is to publish every single contribution that is found fit for publication. You too can participate by writing to us or sending us your feedback by clicking here.

If you e-mail that person with your e-mail they could gain your IP address and possible account ID number/name through using the headers in the e-mail. However, just giving your address to a stranger does not put you at risk unless you give them other information to go with it.
