Say that you have learned how to do x, y, and z more than adequately since you have been employed with them. (x, y, and z being a listing fo some of your responsibilites, something harder than answering the phone) If you have changed the way things are filed, the way information is collected, or the way bills are paid (to make sure they are paid completely, on time, etc.) or anything else, list those things.

Your answer should be: Yes, I feel I am a great receptionist. I am outgoing and friendly. I understand my responsibilities and am cheerful in performing them. I go beyond the job description many times because I love my work and enjoy interacting with people. (That IS a paragraph, by the way.)

I feel that I have learned all the nuances of this position and can perform them at well above what the current requirements are. I have handled any contact with either internal or external customers with the same cheerful and efficient manner as one would expect with either constituency.

Hmm. I would say YES, too.

Do you HAVE to answer with more?

When you were hired, they gave you a list of job requirements. Use that list, writing each requirement, and that you are able to undertand and perform those specific requirements .

Then tell them how you have gone beyond that.

Good luck...reviews are a little bit silly anyway.
