Talk to him, if that doesn't work, go above his head and talk to his boss. If that doesn't work, find a new job, because it's wrong of him to treat you like that.

If at all possible try to ignore the behavior and don't take it personally, unless he only yells at select people. If you cant block out the ignorance, find another job.

Ha ha. Welcome to employment. Isn't that what all bosses do. I know mine certainly does. I think it's a "power" thing. We're the lowly scum and he's the all powewrful, wage paying supremo.

i had one of those... main reason why am leaving my job on friday =) ... this type of attitudes ruins the work environment
