This is really weird. Yesterday or the day before... hold on and I will get them... okay get this... five questions in a row deleted and all of them from two months ago... I never got a notice and don't think they took the points... so I kept going back and there's like 20 that have been deleted from way back!!!

That happened to me twice without a message for why they were removed. I just seen them removed from my list. I already chose the best answer for both questions. I hope they didn't take away the 10 points I gave those 2 people. That would have been down right cruel.
And how stupid are those reporters? A question that was a month ago? I mean to report a resolved question or even one that is in voting. Trying to do what? Remove a person because they don't like their avatar or user name or the question or the answer that person gave? Jealous because they didn't think of the question first?
Beats the crap out of me. Never could understand why anyone would report someone. Besides that, some of those so-called guidelines are childish garbage.

this has been happening to a lot of people lately. As if we don't already have to watch our backs when we first post a question, now we have the joy of getting violations for questions that are already resolved.

tell me about it!
i once got hit with 4 or 5 violations at the same time, involving resolved questions and open questions.
my feeling is that yahoo has people periodically going through questions.
that is probably what happened to you.
just do what (i can't say out loud)open another account and ask risky questions with it
God Bless

Call Yahoo & ask them. They really should explain to you exactly why you get a violation. If you don't know why you got it & you feel you haven't done anything wrong you could end up doing the same thing again.
