Signs of being pregnant can be: late period, though some women have periods in the early months! Needing to wee more often, tender breast especially around the nipple - white spots appear around the nipple - feeling sick! Best way to know for sure is to get a pregnancy test - some of them will work a very short time after conception.

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.
Early signs of Pregnancy:
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
