In Internet Explorer:
Tools > Internet Options > General > Appearance > Fonts
In Windows:
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Appearance > Choose another Scheme
OR
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Appearance > Advanced > Change the fonts for every Item

Most programs will give you options to change font, size and colour including, emails and massenger.
In Microsoft word go to format and the fist item should be font.
These fonts are in the computer and will change according to what you choose, if you wish to add new fonts, then insert via CD or Floppy and read the instructions on these items how to install.

it depends on the program in which you need to change the font, it is either in your preference settings on in the toolbar on otherprogrames such as word, or most word processors
