Not Always. It depends on what kind of a Program I'm downloading. If it's something that I know that I can Trust, and I cant be bothered reading a whole block o' Text, I Just skip it. But if it's something new to me, I generally skim through the terms and agreements before Clicking "I Agree", Just to make sure Im not agreeing to anything I dont want ^_^

LMAO... I am ashamed to admit, but I just never do. If it were a binding contract that had to do with my life, or housing situation, then I read EVERY word. I just doubt very highly that someone is going to come and kick me out of my computer because of a small clause in the user agreement. I am pretty sure I have never broken the agreement, because no one has ever come to my house and threatened me with a baseball bat, and my computer still runs, so I think I am safe!

Yes. You should always read the terms and agreements before you download or accept. i find this necessary because they don't expect you too and they can charge you for something or sell your email address, etc. Once you have accepted the terms there is nothing you can do about it because legally you said it was OK.

Nope beacause if you know the program and you need it or want want it. You will click YES in order to use it. Terms and conditions are to keep the company from getting sued in case you or your computer do something silly or illegal.

They always look the same to me, so I just skip through in a glance just on the off chance something might be a bit different. Never seen anything different so far.

Not anymore, cus i already read them. I know when to expect spyware, what to trust and what not to. I only download software with a GPL agreement...I fully trust that kind.

you should always read it. When you click "I Agree" you are basically signing a contract and ignorance of a contract doesn't mean it's not binding.
