Don't exactly know your age but anyway, here's how it goes.

First of all, forget everythin' you've seen in the movies. There is no 'Love at first sight'. It's all nonsense.

When you're around 13 to 17, you don't usually love some one. You just think you do. What you do have is a 'crush' or an infatuation. A slight attraction to someone where you're not serious. You just have a casual relationship. If you haven't told the other person how you feel, then it's also a crush. Like, for example- you blush or feel embarrassed or stammer when you're around your special person.

Love is two-ways and when both people know. Love is also when people are serious about each other and are actually ready to make commitments.

If you're above 18, then it's usually real love when people are friends first and then later realize they have feelings for each other. This either ends up in marriage or just a short relationship.

It's human nature to first develop crushes and then move on to love. Almost everyone falls in love at one point or the other and everyone, I mean everyone has a crush on some one which they eventually grow out of.

It's good to fall in love but it's bad to get carried away by love. If you're distracted by love, then it's no use at all. You'll just be frustrated and might show your anger on your love. Then, it'll lead to more fights, a break-up and more frustration.

True love is undying and yes it can lift your spirits. Not all loves though. Sometimes, It doesn't because of pressure from your parents, friends or yourself. Otherwise, whenever you're in love, you'll feel on-top-of-the-world and cheery at everything.

The false love where you don't love the person, just respect him or something is when it can break hearts. Break-ups with your boy/girl friend also break hearts. It shouldn't be taken seriously. After all, there'll always be another gal waitin' for you who's better than the previous one.

So, never feel sad if some one breaks your heart or if love fails. It's very very bad to brood over a lost love.

If you don't love, you've lost somethin'. Like the sayin' goes 'It's better to have loved and lost rather than to have never loved.'

You fall in love, but the other needs to fall in love with you its the best drug in the world.

Many say you can't fall in love that's because they are not capable of such an advanced emotion and they are droids. No more alive than a bug or any other lower life form that is to say a ant.

Love is the deepest human emotion also if you deny your emotions it will eventually drive you insane so people who say there is no love are headed in a bad direction and a empty house friendless and famililess and that it.

Yes, that is what happens when you do love 'others'--it lifts up your spirits. Falling in love is not entirely directed or meaning to one subject, sex. You love a child, as he/she walks, talks and raises sounds etc. etc. Have you watched animals calling for its kittens to come out for sharing food. It is love. It had killed another animal just minutes ago but it was destined to do so. The child loves mother and the mother loves the offshoots. One process. Man loves women. The birds eat tiny fruits and spreads seeds. Another process of love. It should happen. Continuity of seeds is designed. It happened, it happens and it will happen. When you see all these in front a small smile appears in your heart which uplifts your spirit.

Love should be an unselfish act. It is what the Greeks called agape, though "falling in love" has historically been associated with eros or love between the sexes. In any event, one pursuing love for other than ecstatic reasons will probably be disappointed.

Because when you fall a "Force Greater Than You" (Gravity) is in control.

Kinda sounds like love.

The whole concept is a myth. You don't "fall in love." Yuk. Leave that for all the jerks.

It's kind of like being drunk, but infinitely better. Your emotions and senses swim and reel. I can understand why the word "fall" is used...
