If you could "undo" any part of history, what would it be & why?

I would "undo" human slavery of every race throughout history. I believe that the human spirit would be much better off.

The Holocaust, to go back and make sure Hitler's parents used birth control would be great. To undo the most horrific event in modern history. For first time in history we have an entire group - the Jews - where every man, woman, and child was intentionally singled out by a state for total destruction. Such hatred and bigotry should never have happened.

Nah -- f***s up the time/space continuum when you do that. While you could "fix" all sorts of bad things, it might end up preventing other good things from happening. I hate the whole time travel thing.

The assassination of Robert Kennedy, he would have probably gone on to win for President in 1968, the US probably would have gotten out of Vietnam much earlier than 1975 so tens of thousands of Americans would not have died needlessly, nor hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese and over a million Cambodians. He would have never appointed crooks to the supreme court like Nixon did, so bush never would have been able to have had the election of 2000 stolen for him by crooked judges, and the US would not be at war again needlessly in Iraq and a trillion dollars in debt to Communist China like it is now so bush's campaign contributors could get out of paying their taxes. Maybe God is thru with America, maybe He wants it to fall, to decline, thats the only reason I can imagine why He would have allowed Nixon and bush to take power--to destroy America, and they have done a good job of it, haven't they?

I had to deal with an disillusioned customer at artwork. She became haitian and have been given right into a controversy with an african american. He had informed her to returned to her usa. She replied with " it rather is positive with me. a minimum of I also have a usa to bypass returned to. in the event that they kick you out who will take you? Africa does not p.c. you. u . s . does not p.c. you. you're homeless." I even have heard that before. i do no longer understand or understand why nonetheless. i'd have felt insulted in the beginning up if I have been your pal. I agree with everyone else. As tempting as it would be to change something horrible, that would undo everything passed that point.

To change the past would be to change the future. Everything in the past affects things that occur in the future, so I don't think I would go changing things because we are the way we are because of what happened in the past, the good, the bad and the ugly.
