Step 1. Go to the bathroom
Step 2. Blow your nose with kleenex
Step 3. Cover your finger with toilet paper and wipe out any remaining booger
Step 4. Throw paper in the garbage
Step 5. Wash your hands

Look in the mirror, arch your head back, and locate the unwanted booger. Stick your pinky finger up there brushing across the roof of your nasal passage, then reach right to the back, press down and scrape! Blow nose afterward to make sure no residue is left.

i let my pinky fingernails grow a little longer than the rest. it's easier to fit in there, and you can get a nice scraping, shoveling effect with some practice. don't let them get too long or sharp though.
