Usually mail orders will have a return label that you can slap back on the box and they have the correct postage and everything on it. So, if you have the postage correct then the mailman can take it. However, don't leave the box out where anyone can take it, since it is not hte mailman's fault if he doesn't get the package. To be totally safe on postage and insurance, you should take it yourself.

If the postage on it is correct and it is packaged approriately yes then the mail man should take it.
