I don't think there is any parking on or close to the square unless changes have been made since I was last there.
You'll have to walk with your crutches, get wheelchaired atc.
Shouldn't be a problem because someone must be driving you if you have a broken leg.

You shouldn't be driving with a broken leg in the first place.
I don't know about parking in trafalgar square but if you were to park anywhere other than the usual parking spaces, would you not need a disability badge displayed on your car?

I presume you have a broken leg, drive an automatic and want to park near or at Trafalgar Square.
If correct, I am afraid you are Donald Ducked. Unlike all of those fit and healthy people who display disabled badges who you see sprinting in and out of supermarkets, those of us that are almost totally, but only temporarily, disabled have no right to park different to when we are 100% fit - there is no facility available for temporary blue badges.
Even if there were, parking near TS is severely limited, even for disabled people.
Best get public transport I am afraid, but even then it is far from geared up for you. It will, however, make you realise how lucky the majority of us are NOT to be disabled.
Finally, I actually saw one of those disabled people parking in one of OUR parking spaces at Tesco's the other day. Next thing you know, they will be using our toilets!!

It would not matter if you died in Trafalgar Square - they would still give you a parking fine
