Soak in Oxyclean and water at least over night - lots of oxyclean, and as long as you reasonably can soak. May have to do it twice. Worked on my husband's shirts. Wear antiperspirant or consider getting 'shields' - little absorbent pads ladies used to use in their silk blouses, I think they still make them.

sweat turns yellow. earwax comes from sweat. that's why it's yellow. that's why the arm pit stains are yellowish. deodorant only makes it worse by leaving a residue, making it hard to remove by regular washing. i gave up years ago, and now only wear dark colors, t-shirts and dress shirts. wearing a t-shirt to absorb the sweat and deodorant can help save your dress shirts. i also quit wearing deodorant that is white in color, now i only use the clear ones. it still leaves a residue, but it's less noticeable.

I think it is the deodorant or anti-perspirant that is making the stains, not the sweat.
