A better question would be what does that 12th house Pluto mean? It might be a pretty big jump if your just finding out your rising sign, but I think its what you will really be interested in and probably why you are even interested in your chart. Also interesting is your Aries point Moon in Capricorn. Oh and it's not you --it's definitely them.

Your Sun, rising sign, Venus and Jupiter all in Gemini would give you strong traits in the Sign of the Twins. Having your moon in Taurus is a good placement, because the moon is exalted in the Sign of the Bull.
