Well, everyone else was correct!
So, let me just add this tidbit:
The original title was "Rocky Sassoon".
It was written primarily by Paul McCartney who thought of the song while playing guitar for John Lennon and Donovan Leitch, in India (where the Beatles had gone on a retreat).
The Old West-style honky-tonk piano was played by producer George Martin.
