Cholesterol lowering foods
stop eating egg yolks and friend foods
If you are going to eat butter get the one with stantons like benecol
Drink reduced fat milk. Limit cheese.
Eat lots of fiber (frutis and veggies)
Look for saturated fat on food labels and stay away
Cholesterol in food really has nothign to do with blood cholesterol. EXAMPLE shrimp is low in saturated fat and high in cholesterol but you can eat it all you want it does not matter.
Stantons, fiber, and omega 3 help lower cholesterol.
Hope this helps and good luck.
