You don't loose muscle, it just turns into fat. Of course, the weight is going to be "heavier" if you haven't done it in a while. Just get back into your routine and it will be alright.

Maybe they just seemed heavier. In theory, you should have been able to do more reps with that amount of weight than you could day after day because the muscle has time to recover.

you may not have lost muscle mass= but you have to get used to lifting that amount again- you lost some strength=to exaggerate it would be like runnong a marathon then stopping for a year and expecting to run out and do it again that day= you have to start off slow and work your way up- d

You'll lose mass, but the amount is negligible....so small you would never notice in just one week. Your muscles have what i call "muscle memory"....after just one week off, as soon as you get that first workout in you'll be fine. Just get back on it! Most of its just in your head bro.

No it just means your arms were used to lifting that every day so your endurence was built up, but when you stopped and then came back to it a week later your going to have to build up your endurence agian, which won't take long. God Bless

it does not mean u lost muscle mass, its just because you hav not lifted the weights for a long time, dont worry start doing them regularly again and they will not seem haevy, you just have to get used to it again.

I don't think one week would make a difference in your muscle mass.
