Having as quickly as accomplished this for the duration of a tube strike (I worked in simple terms off Trafalgar Sq. on the time and lived in Belsize Park) it took me sort of a million hr. and 35 minutes, yet I took the scenic path domicile, which will possibly no longer have been the shortest way; by Piccadilly to Regent's highway and by Regent's Park, then over Primrose Hill to Belsize Park. It replace right into a great walk on a June night. possibly no longer plenty exciting in January.

I think not - half of it is pedestrianised now let alone allowing parking. Given the congestion charge in Central London I would use public transport.
It's either that or buying a hot dog stand or ice cream stall...which might be a bit extreme for your needs....

Nothing parks in the square. Most streets leading to the square have very expensive meters. After 6pm you should be ok in streets leading to the embankment.

i think the best thing to do is park elsewhere and then take the bus or the underground. its impossible unless you want to pay a lot for the lots.
