first...running everyday does not have to be bad. i did it in high school and college cross country. the things that you have to keep in mind are the level of strain in your worktouts. some days, you just have to take it easy. stretching, sleep and other lifestyle factors also contribute to how well and how fast your body recovers from a workout.
with running specifically, most injuries are caused by overtraining and wearing the wrong type of shoes.
with training cross country, i still remember how in our peak season, about 70% of our weekly mileage was made up of the long slow easy runs. the little 30% were the races, speedworkouts and so forth.
as for the shoes....look at your feet and check your arches.... and check your pronation type. this will be nuetral, over or under. many shoes are designed for a specific arch type. if you have a coach, he or she should be able to do this with you. any other questions...hit me up with an email:)

Too much exercise is not bad for you but too much of the wrong type of exercise is.
For example you can never swim enough because it is a very low impact sport with no detrimental effects.
If you run, try running on grass or sand as it will reduce the impact on your knees and prevent injury.
Exercise is only bad for you if you keep getting injured. A half hour jog along the beach or on grass every day should not be bad for you unless you are already predisposition to knee problems.

No it cannot be bad for you, if you don't excersie it just means that you are not as fit as most people who do run every day, and besides at least you will be able to run the Marathon, there is no such thing as not enough exercise!

Everything is good in moderation. Running is good for you, but doing it everyday can put a lot of pressure on your knees. Run 3-5 times a week, that's plenty. Your body has to rest in between working out or you'll develop muscle atrophy. They will weaken, thus causing them to be strained, and possibly injured. Take it easy and keep up the hard work!

i dont think running everyday is a bad thing , i think a balanced exercise routine is important . running ,general working of the major muscle groups .dont forget to warm up before and warm down afterwards. i think if you train to the point of pain that is too much ,listen to your body it will tell you when enough is enough.

If you start to ignore your daily duties in order to excersise or if you are spending more time in the gym then at home and enjoying life, then that is too much. You are the judge of what's too much.

running is bad? i never thought so!
excercise is never bad but should be done in limit. nothing is wrong with being over excercised all you would feel is soreness.
