What is pointed out already is definitely things to consider. Pixels, etc. But just as important is the Contrast ratio and the Response time. If you get a display over 8ms on response time it will drive you nuts. And the contrast ratio should be at least 600:1. CDW will give you all specs you need to make a decision.

Hey a pixel consists of 3 color dots, red, blue and green, that light up to give you the right color and shape of an image. So, clearly, the more the number of pixels, better the clarity.

You want as much resolution as possible. i just got one recently that is 19" and does 1440x900. It could do one page, two pages side by side or could show one page enlarged. Best Buy had it for $159 but lately everyone seems to have them in that $169-179 range. In fact I just took a look at the newspaper and CompUSA has a Gateway 19" on sale 6-10PM tonight special for $159.
I don't think brand makes much difference because I think there is someone in Asia making them all and slapping on a variety of company labels.

From what I easily have skilled earlier, you do not choose any new cables. in basic terms connect the cable from the computer screen onto the workstation, there would desire to be a slot the place it suits, probable on the area of the workstation. Then press "fn" (its a button with blue letters) and seek for yet another button that has a photograph of a computer screen. Hit the two at the same time.
