Thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard.....Jeff Hardy? How about the British Bulldog, Bret Hart, Razor Ramon, Mr. Perfect, Ravishing Rick Rude, Ultimate Warrior, even Shawn Michaels to name a few. Callling Jeff Hardy the best IC champ is like saying you've been watching wrestling for like 3 weeks!!!!

Nah c'mon dude. Jeff is an awesome wrestler but best IC champ of my time was The Rock. Y2J was also good. If he can prove he can hold the title for long enough for it to get noted then we can give him a mention as a great IC champ. But jeff will still go down in history as one half of one of the greatest tag teams ever.

While I'm a fan of Jeff Hardy, I certainly wouldn't think he's the best IC champ of our time.

It's too early to tell. Let's wait til he has had the title for a while (if he does) and then make that decision. For now, I would say that Chris Jericho is the best Intercontinental Champ of today.

He's had the belt for 5 days and you are saying he's the best of our time?? Do you have mental problems? I best IC champ of ALL TIME would def have to go to the Honkey Tonk Man. He carried that thing for over a year. Other notables include Razor Ramon, Jeff Jarrett.

Nope. It was Chris JERRICO!!! 7 time winner and best overall IC champ. Also probobly one of the best Technical Wrestlers and 2nd best vocal skills. Jeff is good but he needs to hold onto it for a while and prove he is worth it.( plus he needs to win it at least 5 more times

others have listed great, great IC champions, and even besides that, Shelton is probably the best modern IC champ but still a shadow of HBK, mr Perfect, Rick Rude, Honky Tonk Man and the like....
Jericho was also a fantastic IC Champ(is he "modern", if so he is the best modern champ")
