Its our old good friend in whatever sense u may take(or u may call friendlier to Pakistan)i.e. none other than United states of America.The reason i think is just because of their friendlier attitude towards pak and also if an Indian comes he may tilt his views towards Russia who we are much closer since from the days of cold war.Another thing happening in to days world is a tough competition from European union and united states in terms of business and economic issues.If an person who shows an inclination towards European countries will affect Americas chance in world business . lastly but not least south Koreans are( i.e.person who likely to be sec gen )are tilted towardsUnited states and they are mostly dependent on Americans

U S of Lousy A always on the look out for a quick buck only to lose it on show of strength.How many beatings they have received and that too from whom?.The smallest countries in the world with no remarkable abilities but with a lot of mental strength to kick the brute in ***,like Cuba,Vietnam,Korea,and now Iraq, Iran,and the lot.These guys were being fed on a steady diet of cowboy heroism and the end result is that they are being slaughtered all over the world like mad cows.Bloody anthrax patients all of them.Shashi Tharoor is best out of it.
