You can cut the bananas into 1/8 inch thick slices sprinkle with a bit of lemon juice and dry them on a baking sheet in the oven set to 175degrees for a couple hours or use food dehydrating machine it will have instructions... Until completely dryed... they will be crisp like chips and will break with a snap when bent...
Puree them add 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice per cup and freeze.... place the puree in ice cube trays for freezing then the banana cubes in a freezer bag for storing.... It will make it easier later to get a portion for serving...
You can also peel and freeze sections... Get popcicle sticks cut bananas in half and stick onto the stick lay on wax paper covered baking sheet and freeze..... Store in individual sandwich bags inside a freezer bag (sandwich bags keep them from sticking together freezer bag prevents freezer burn.. ... Great for when child is teething....
Make banana bread....freezes well.. kids love it...

That would be fine but I wouldn't leave them in the freezer for longer than 2 or 3 days. After that throw them out. When you mash them, add about a 1/2 tsp. of lemon juice per banana. Mix it in and then put them in a plastic container and freeze them. When you thaw them, just submerge them in a bath of warm water for a few minutes and then a few minutes later in a bath of hot water (keep the bananas in the container by the way..make sure the lid is on good as well). And that should work well. If they are still a little cold then let them sit out on the counter for 15 minutes or so.

I have frozen yukky bananas to make banana bread at a later date. I haven't tried freezing pretty bananas, but it seems like it would work other than them turning dark. I don't know if you would want to add lemon juice because of the change in flavor and the extra acid. If the baby doesn't care that the bananas are brown, I wouldn't either.

If you mash them you should freeze for 20 minutes and then serve. Some people like to put a drop of vanilla in them for a little extra flavor.

Puree them in the blender, food processer or even a baby food maker (they're like $10). Then freeze them in ice cube trays. Don't add anything to them! Once the cubes are frozen put 2-4 cubes in a ziploc bag to prevent freezer burn, and to keep it in feeding size portions.

Yep, freezing in ice cubes is great. I wouldn't add any lemon (or other citrus) unless he/she has had it before and not had a reaction. They may be a bit brown when thawed, but they are still good.

Freeze them as they are. Then when you need them bring them out in the morning.
Citrus is not good for babies stomachs.
