FC United of Manchester, founded in 2005 in protest against the Glazer takeover of Man Utd FC. But they're only semi-professional right now, so does it count?

The newest one I know of is F.C. United of Manchester formed in 2005. The newest on in the PL is Wigan Athletic formed in 1932. The newest professional football club is Accrington Stanley FC formed in 1968.

I think if we scour the 4 main divisions, then MK Dons might be the answer you are looking for. They have started anew, they don't have any connections with Wimbledon at all
