No. In most states, only commercial vehicles are required to stop at the weigh stations.

I believe the signs say "All trucks stop" If you stop all you have lost is a little time. If you don't stop, you may be chased down by the highway patrol and get a ticket.

Two axle truck, no. Three axle truck, yes. As far as I know U-Haul does not rent three axle trucks.

you do not. weigh stations are for semi's and other "over the road" vehicles that cary heavy loads.
