Although I have a pulsar 180, but I recommend u to go for apache if u want good performance without caring about mileage. But if u want a efficient bike, then Pulsar is a better option. Pulsar cannot compete with Apache whereas Apache can be compared to R15..! Pulsar can reach up to 134+ but it takes long to reach whereas apache can reach faster. The looks of Apache is more aggressive and console is better. Further depends upon u whether u go for Pulsar or Apache. Remember that the riding posture of Apache is quite uncomfortable for long rides and for zipping through the city too. Pulsar is better in this part.. Best of luck...!!

Star City is a mileage oriented commuter.
Apache is more of a performance based bike.
Resale of both is not so good, same is the case with all TVS bikes.
EMI's depend on which bank you choose as your financer.
Going by your requirements, Bajaj Discover DTS-i suits best.
It is economical to run, has easy spare-parts access, decent resale-value and bajaj has an in-house finance facility
