nah helo pilot,u mixed things up. dual sim dear sri lankan, means u can use 2 sims on d same phone, at d same time. it's availability in sri lanka i don't know about but it's not a network dependent stuff, it's phone dependent. so d question is, are dual sim phones available in sri lanka? cheers.

some cell phone work both on GSM and CDMA limited use in USA we have them here in china real junk stick with GSM world wide service should you travel there make sure you have at least dual band GSM phone (world phone )
