What if someone either created a mind-control device or a robotic or cybergenetic army? Let's propose that the goal was to gather all the humans with the best genes for breeding and to exterminate the "old generation of humanity" once the children were able to be weened without the mother's milk. Then let's propose that this new generation of "super-humans" were completely raised under a strict military/highly educated/nationalistic ideology. This would hasten the evolution of humanity. What do you think?

This would only work if the people being raised did not know anything of the old order humans, or old civilization. Free thinkers would have to be kept silent for it to work, if somebody, because of humanitarian instinct, decided that something was wrong, it could endanger the entire system. As long as everbody is kept innocent, it's not a problem. Oh, and another thing... They'd all eventually become inbred if you didn't have enough people... AND it is eerily similar to Adolph Hitler's plan. >_> Not a flawless idea.
