Mix equal parts white sugar and extra virgin olive oil. Dampen your skin in the tub, and then use the sugar and olive oil as a scrub. Wash your body with soap/shower gel as usual. Olive oil is a wonderful natural emollient. Using the sugar scrub will take off any dead, dry skin and prepare your skin to receive the moisturizer. If the mixture is too coarse, you can add more olive oil.

the very best natural moisturizer is Olive Oil. It only take a little bit. If you want to try and do a real good moisture, put some on your face, and take a steaming hot moist washcloth and after you have rubbed the Olive Oil into your skin, again, just a little bit, then put the hot wet wash cloth over your face and let the steam penetrate your skin.... always worked for me!!!

It sounds like your skin is dehydrated and not dry. Dehydrated skin lacks water and dry skin lacks oil. It is a common mistake for people to use heavier moisturisers which will in turn lead to breakouts on the skin. A light weight oil free lotion would be more beneficial for you. If in doubt seek professional advice from your local skin centre therapist, as they will ascertain what condition your skin is really in.

confident! My daughter has long, fantastic hair this is dry on the ends. Our stylist suggested to apply clean avocado. in basic terms mash it up and rub it into your towel dried hair. pass away it in for bit earlier washing it out (i desire to advise approximately 30 minutes). It leaves your hair truly gentle and moisturized.
