Many programs for study abroad offer scholarships. there is also the option of takingout loans. look into a fellowhip these often not only pay for your expenses but also pay you a stipend.

i took the military route. for four years you do ROTC, they pay for your education and you get a stipend, while not really requireing that much work, then after college you serve 4 years in the military as an officer. its not for everyone but it is a great alternative to going a in debt.

scholarship. If u wish to study abroad then scholarship is the best way to go. tone up your studies and extra-curriculars and definitely companies will like to sponsor you to go abroad for college.

keep in mind the scholarships come with a working bond. after a company invests 50000 dollars in you, they like something in return. like u working for them for 2-6 yrs.

It would help if you would have mentioned where you live at the moment and where you would like to go. It also depends on your nationality and if you speak the language of the country you want to go to!!
If you are more exact about these things, then I would be able to help you!!
